Refund Policy

At we are happy to offer a refund on any items that were delivered with an imprint that is not requested on the original purchase order, or when a requested imprint is missing. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for shipped orders due to not liking things such as, but not limited to: colors, the imprint layout or the style that you selected.

We also cannot offer refunds on orders that contain a typographical error based on your part. Since all of our products are imprinted, please take care to ensure what you provide us with is exactly what you want.

If we caused any typo, or produced a product that was not what you ordered, we will quickly replace the item at no cost to you. In these situations, you are entitled only to a replacement of the products that were defective or broken due to a fault on our part.

Once we send you a proof of your art work via a confirmation email, it is your responsibility to review it for mistakes. It is also your responsibility to ensure you provide a valid email address where you will be able to review the confirmation messages (including colors, quantity information and design). If you need any changes or corrections, you must have them submitted to us before you receive the order confirmation or we cannot guarantee that the changes will be applied in time.

We require a Return Authorization Number to be provided for all returns. Authorized returns must be completed within 14 days from the time you received your order. All returns must be sent in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returning the products. Please make sure you use a carrier that offers a tracking number and proof of delivery. We are not responsible for any shipments that are lost by the carrier. Orders that receive FREE Shipping will retroactively be responsible for the original cost of the shipped product prior to returning the product and set-up fees are NOT refundable under any circumstances.
